Propagation and care instructions for Amaryllis

Sowing Instructions:

1. Sow the seeds in the summer season.
2. Prepare pots or deep trays with special potting medium for seeds, adding perlite if desired. Moisten the medium thoroughly and allow excess water to drain.
3. Sow the seeds on the surface and cover lightly to prevent seed dispersal. Avoid applying excessive medium, as this can lead to seed rot.
4. Spray the seeds with water and maintain consistent moisture, but avoid overwatering. Watering once daily is sufficient.

Environmental Conditions:

Place the pots in a shaded area to promote optimal growth.
Seedlings should sprout within 10-15 days.

Fertilization:

Fertilize young seedlings every 2 weeks with a balanced 20-20-20 NPK solution. You may also use a diluted fertilizer for the first application.

Transplanting:

Once seedlings develop multiple leaves and roots, separate them and transplant into larger pots with only half of the bulb exposed above soil level. Avoid watering the bulb itself.
